Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and AppReady for the use of AppReady.
Last updated September 9, 2026
Operator: AppReady, contactable at support@appready.tech. Full registration details are available on request.
1. Who you are contracting with
AppReady is operated by the party named in the operator details above (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
AppReady scans a web address you provide and reports issues it can observe from outside: security headers and cookie flags, TLS configuration, performance, SEO, accessibility and runtime errors. It produces a Production Score and, on request, a written prompt you can paste into an AI coding tool to fix a specific finding.
Scanning is passive. We request pages the way a browser or a search engine crawler does, and we read what is publicly returned. We do not attempt to exploit weaknesses, guess credentials, submit forms, modify data, or generate load beyond normal browsing.
3. You must be allowed to scan the site
You may only scan a site that you own or that you are otherwise authorised to test. You are responsible for having that permission, and you confirm you have it each time you add a project or start a scan.
You must not use AppReady to:
- scan a site belonging to somebody else without their permission;
- reach systems that are not meant to be public — internal hostnames, private networks or cloud metadata endpoints. We block these, and attempting to bypass that is a breach of these terms;
- disguise the origin of a scan, evade the limits of your plan, or automate the service beyond the quotas your plan provides;
- resell the service, or present its output as the result of your own security testing without saying where it came from.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, without a refund of the current period where the breach is deliberate.
4. What the results are, and are not
The findings are the result of automated checks. They are a useful starting point; they are not a security audit, a penetration test, a compliance certificate, or legal advice.
- A clean report does not mean your app is secure. Only what can be seen from outside is checked. Business logic, access-control rules, database permissions and anything behind a login are not covered.
- Checks can be wrong in both directions — something flagged may be intentional in your case, and something missed may still be a real problem.
- The fix prompts are suggestions written for an AI coding tool. You are responsible for reading a change before you apply it and for testing it. Do not run a suggested change against production without review.
- The Production Score is our own measure. It has no meaning outside this product and is not a rating, certification or endorsement.
5. Accounts
You need an account to scan a site you own. Accounts are created and signed in through Google — there is no separate password here. Keeping your Google account secure is therefore what keeps this one secure, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us at support@appready.tech if you think somebody else has used it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
6. Plans, quotas and payment
There is a free plan and there are paid plans. The plan you are on sets how many projects you can keep, how many scans and AI fix prompts you may run each month, and how long we keep your scan history. The current limits and prices are shown on the pricing section and in your billing settings; those pages are the authoritative version.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Unused scans do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. Prices may change — we will tell you before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Your contract for the purchase itself is therefore with Paddle, and Paddle’s terms apply to the transaction, including how tax is charged. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service running and reasonably fast, but we do not promise any particular uptime. We may take it down for maintenance, change how it works, or retire features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
8. Your content, and ours
Everything you enter — the addresses you scan and the reports produced for you — stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. The software, the interface, the rule set and the wording of the findings are ours.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or revenue, or for damage that follows from acting — or not acting — on a finding. Where we are liable, our total liability over any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or your rights as a consumer where those rights apply.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@appready.tech. We may end it if you breach these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will tell registered users by email before it takes effect for them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence continue to apply to you.
